Small scale. Deeply personal.
My Mini Portraits are back. These are intimate, hand-drawn pencil commissions designed for those who appreciate the fine details. Each portrait captures a single figure, rendered with care on premium, archival materials.
Product Details
The Art: A single-figure portrait (approx. 3.5 × 4.5”) centered on a larger 8 × 11” page.
The Paper: Hand-drawn on Strathmore 400 Series acid-free paper. It features a soft, light texture and a beautiful, warm yellow tint that gives each piece a timeless feel.
The Finish: Every portrait comes with a complimentary 8 × 11” cream mount.
Framing: While the mount is included, the frame is not. The 8 × 11” size is standard, making it easy to find a frame that fits your personal decor.
The Monthly Drop
To ensure each drawing receives my full attention, I only release a limited number of slots per month.
If sold out, please check back on the 1st of the month .
Shipping: Free Shipping. All completed portraits are dispatched on the 30th of the month.

Choose the best shot: Feel free to attach a single favorite photo or a few different options if you’d like me to help you choose the most suitable reference for a mini-portrait.
Note: If we have already discussed and settled on a reference photo via email prior to your purchase, you’re all set—no need to resend!
Care, Shipping & Policies
Caring for your Portrait
Your portrait is hand-drawn on 130 gsm paper. To ensure its longevity:
Handling: Only handle the paper by the corners with clean, dry hands.
Protection: Portraits are shipped securely between a professional picture mount and thick backing card. It is recommended to keep them in this packaging until they are ready to be framed.
Digital Files & Prints
While I do not offer physical prints of your commissioned portrait, I want you to be able to share the work.
High-Res Scan: Every commission includes a high-resolution digital scan, emailed to you once the physical piece is complete.
Usage: You are welcome to use this file to create personal prints for non-commercial use.
Shipping & Fulfilment
I offer Free International Shipping as standard on all portrait orders.
Method: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
Timing: Once dispatched on the 30th, delivery usually takes:
UK/Europe: 3–5 working days.
Worldwide: 5–7 working days.
Production: Portraits are typically completed within 7–10 days of receiving your reference photo and then held for the monthly dispatch on the 30th.
Payments & Security
Your security is a priority. All payments are processed through Stripe, Apple Pay, or PayPal. This website is powered by Squarespace, ensuring a safe and encrypted checkout experience.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because these are bespoke, hand-drawn pieces created specifically for you, all sales are final and no refunds are available. If you have any concerns or issues with your order once it arrives, please reach out immediately at palesa@palesamonareng.com and I will be happy to assist you.
