Hi, I’m Palesa Monareng. Artist & Illustrator from London, UK.
My personal practice explores my relationship with the webs emergent phenomena - from it’s vice grip on my minds eye, to homogenised beauty ideals & an oft adversarial relationship with my online ‘Id’. Clients including The New York Times, Nike, Amazon & Netflix commission me to create both animated and static portraiture, but really I like to draw any and everything - all the time. When not drawing you can find me snacking on Fuet and hiking with my dog, Herzog.
